What does “GAP FREE” mean?

When you have an Australian health fund and are covered for dental, we will only charge you what the health fund pays for your dental treatment. We will discount the gap so that you won’t pay any out-of-pocket cost.

If you have a health fund, to benefit from ‘gap free’ you must be entitled to a minimum rebate of $149. If you are a private patient (with no private health fund) you will be able to redeem the same ‘gap free’ offer at a discounted price of $149 (valued up to $410).
